Abstract
Launch a consortium of industry and academic partners that will
align, focus, and publicize efforts on the fundamental challenges of
computing's carbon and environmental impact. Create a Zero-carbon and zero net-waste
path for the computing industry. Recruit a critical mass of
partners first one, then several of the clusters. Grow funding and
participation to critical mass.
